· Make Yourself Warm
It’s not possible to feel warm with just a jacket. May be you will have to wear few layers of clothing.

Glove is essential; your feet and leg are more exposed and it can have high risk of developing frost bites. Do not forget the gloves or mittens you like. You can put on a pair of thin sweat gloves and then heavy gloves.
· The Running Cap
A hat or lightweight hat should be on your mandatory list. Again, choosing a material absorbs moisture is not a good idea at all.
· Base Layer
You can use wool or something with fur with long sleeves to keep yourself warm. You can get custom jumpers according to your size and requirements.
· Jacket
This is a layer for you. Some prefer a windproof top. Depending on the weather, a waterproof jacket may be a good option for you. Backpacks are a personal preference, but keep in mind that this may be a good place to temporarily store your gloves if needed.
· Jogging Pants or Sweat Pants
Some riders like to come across skinny fur leggings. In freezing climates, some riders wear tight pants under their pants.

· Socks
Make sure you get socks which are think enough to keep your feet warm. There can be socks made of different materials to prevent freezing.
· Running Shoes
Make sure you wear running shoes that fit your foot. If you wear thick socks in the winter, make sure your shoes fit them. When sliding in rain, snow or ice, make sure it has enough friction to stand on the road or driveway to prevent you from slipping.
